This is not a health concern, because shrimp is low fat with a rich content of highly unsaturated trans-acids, which lead on to the formation of high-density lipids, typically called &#8216;good cholesterol&#8217;. Shell &amp; devein shrimp and put aside.</div>

<div>Two. In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat, add shrimp, onion and garlic, stir continually till shrimp just turns pink, two to three mins. Pour milk mixture into pan and cook, stirring consistently, till mix comes to boiling point. Lower heat to low, ( add cornstarch blend if using ) let broil till a touch thickened, one or two mins. Employing a slotted spoon, remove shrimp to serving platter, put aside.</div>

<div>Six. Increase heat to medium-high, resume cooking sauce till mix is reduced by half, about five mins. Pour sauce over shrimp and spatter with parsley and parmesan. Makes two servings This is great served over noodles or rice. Hope you like your shrimp!</div>

People, you can&#8217;t eat fruit and vegetables and all of the foods in the USDA Food Pyramid and expect not to get an illness. Whoa! Hold on. Hey &#8211; wait simply a minute I am doing try and eat right and live right what do you mean I may still get an illness. Back in the times of Adam and Eve that was correct. The food chain and water and air were pure. But today our fruits, veggies, meat, water and air is so poisoned Come on, don&#8217;t act so shocked, you&#8217;ve heard this all before from many sources. OK, you are right, but what are we to do? What&#8217;s the Solution??? The Facts are clear and the Explanation is there!! Usually all illness is preventable.Again I repeat, often all illness is avoidable. Nourishment is an exceedingly fresh science nevertheless, the study of food and its effects on the body is as old as the study of Medication . Before the 20 th century, man&#8217;s food was also his medicineherbs and plant life. Hippocrates, called the daddy of medication, thought the least medication was the best medication. His motto was cause no harm Thomas Edison, remember this fellow? He was not a dummy, he was as brilliant as a bulb. Wow!! Double WoW !! Have we northern Americans, the wealthiest country on this planet gone so far in the other direction of this way of thinking! It&#8217;s all in the concept process, we as a society do not want any limitations placed on what we eat and how we opt to live. If that does not work then cut or burn it out of me, simply don&#8217;t don&#8217;t ask me change the way in which I like to live.Wow, this was me also not so long back. People, the way to an abounding healthful life isn&#8217;t difficult.
